A binding scope of work and price is provided only in a written proposal or engagement letter following a diagnostic call.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meridian and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This Section governs only use of the Site; any dispute arising from an executed services engagement is governed by the dispute resolution provisions of that engagement letter.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meridian regarding use of the Site.
